'StillSummit started with one vision: to deliver authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Initiated by the Bianchi family back in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-owned business with cherished recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our founder, acquired the pizza crafting skills during her explorations of Italy, gaining expertise from renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the homeland of pizza. When she returned to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of classic Italian pizza, honoring traditional practices and sourcing only the best ingredients.
Our journey started with a tiny 12-seat pizza place and has evolved into a staple of the community, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We still employ the traditional wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and select ingredients of the utmost quality.
Today, 'StillSummit is still in the hands of the Bianchi relatives, with the family's second generation at the helm of a team that shares our fervor. Although we’ve adopted some contemporary updates, the soul of our enterprise has stayed constant: to make delectable, bona fide pizza that gathers people around.
